September is cooler in the Grand Valley, but the backyard flowers are still blooming and the evenings are perfect for a late supper. It is a good time to fire up the grill and dine al fresco
Here's my plate from last night - straight from the grill:
Lamb shoulder chop seasoned with a chimmichuri of garden mint and cilantro.
Olathe sweet corn with garden chives - roasted on the cob and cut to the plate.
Salad of fresh garden tomatoes, cucumbers, and a bit of celery and green onion for crunch.
