There's an app for that

There’s an App for That.
If the user feels unsafe, the Safety Advisor will stay on the line with you until you have reached your destination. In the event that something does happen to you while on the phone with a Safety Advisor, they will be able to call 911.
If you are attacked the phone will call 911. A dispatcher will check to see if any units are available and send a car. Ten to 30 minutes later a police officer will call for a ambulance (or a coroner). He will write a report.  All that for $12.50 a month.

When seconds count, police are only minutes away.
OR... There is this

Take a class. Start with the NRA's Refuse to be a victim. Next try personal protection and basic pistol classes.

Contact if you need information about Grand Junction / Grand Valley classes.

  1. That app idea has got to be a hoax.

  2. Oh and I should have added, "My app for that is a Kel-tec in 9mm"
    works great!
