Seriously, I like to just re-heat the whole meal until nothing is left but the bones - then make soup. I can do this multiple times without getting tired of it.
But many people like to fancy it up. The make pot pies, enchiladas, dumpling, or chili. Some mash it all together and fry up croquettes. My wife made some turkey curry salad.
It's hard to beat a sandwich with good bread and lots of mayo.
