TOP IRS OFFICIAL TO TAKE THE FIFTH.
Commissioner knew more than year ago about agency targeting conservatives.

It’s not just Republicans up in arms about Benghazi. That’s a problem for President Obama.
The Lingering Questions About the Benghazi Controversy

'Bipartisan Alarm' Over HHS Sebelius' Raising Private Funds for Obamacare?
I'm exhausted already.
There is an ever growing list of scandals, corruption and just plain incompetence. The big question is what is going to happen? Will the Republicans over-reach? Will they fail to push for truth and justice?
Will the left become alarmed at Obama's list of crimes and misdemeanors? Will they step in and send an emissary to the White House?
Will there be a Second American Revolution - a Second Civil War? Will it all fade away?
I don't know and neither do any of the pundits and opinion writers. I think that the situation has gone chaotic.
The White House can no longer control the flow of information. Facebook, twitter, blogs, and radio spread the facts and speculation. Too many individuals have had negative interaction with the Obama administration through its minions. IRS agents have hassled Tea Party individuals. Names are known on both sides. The bureaucracy offers no hiding place. Who did what will soon become known. Low level employees will claim they were "just following orders". They will not take the fall alone, but will name names.
(Update) The claim that the ongoing IRS scandal is limited to low level employees is falling apart.
The six Cincinnati workers we have identified, who sent scrutinizing letters to conservative groups with words including “patriot, liberty, tea party or 9-12″ in their names are Mitchel Steele, Carly Young, Joseph Herr, Stephen Seok, Liz Hofacre and a woman identified only as Ms. Richards.Individuals will act. A cascade of small inputs into the political system will have a giant, but unpredictable outcome. Be prepared.
But was all of this done at the hands of a small group of Cincinnati employees working together? During Friday’s congressional hearing, that appeared to be the theme. Now, that explanation just became less likely.
Thanks to two FOX19 sources connected to the IRS, we now understand the chain of command for these workers.
Mitchel Steele, Carly Young, Joseph Herr and Liz Hofacre are IRS agents. Stephen Seok is a supervisor IRS agent.
But according to the IRS employee directory that FOX19 has obtained exclusively, each of these agents has a different manager and then above them a different territory manager.
That is important because while it may sound reasonable to the average person that these workers began targeting groups on their own, the IRS structure is designed to prevent that.
Chaos theory studies the behavior of dynamical systems that are highly sensitive to initial conditions, an effect which is popularly referred to as the butterfly effect. Small differences in initial conditions (such as those due to rounding errors in numerical computation) yield widely diverging outcomes for such dynamical systems, rendering long-term prediction impossible in general.
